My Story
Hello everyone! I'm Mandy Boling and I’m an Independent Scentsy Family Director! I’ve been selling Scentsy since 2012. My husband works at our local Fire Dept and we have two beautiful daughters named McKenzie and Mattie Lynn. Our daughter McKenzie was my original inspiration for my Scentsy business. Having to send her to daycare for the first time in early 2012 was by far the hardest thing I EVER had to do. I hated the thought of sending her there daily to "get sick" from other kids and not to mention, I was TERRIFIED of how my husband and I were going to afford "THE BILL" bi-weekly as we didn’t make a ton of money.
When I began Scentsy, I worked full time outside of the home and that has been the case until August 1st, 2020. On that date, I was able to officially “Retire” from my job in telecommunications for 12 years. I was only 32 years old and I retired. Something I NEVER thought could happen, but yet here it is. Now I can focus on my PASSION – That is my Scentsy business.
At this moment, I have over 300 women and men on my Scentsy team who inspire me every single day! I learn and grow from each of them and their goals are my priority! Many of them have become some of my greatest friends! During my time with Scentsy, I’ve also earned 14 All-Expense paid vacations!! My VERY first incentive trip was to Atlantis in the Bahamas for a week in June 2014. Before our trip to Atlantis, my husband and I had NEVER flown on an airplane & obviously never been out of the country! This trip gave us our first stamp in our passports and so many memories I will NEVER forget. I can’t explain what a blessing this “candle” business has been to my family.
**The Opportunity** ----> My business allows me the freedom of working at MY OWN pace and not taking time away from my family, but also the opportunity to meet new people and sell something that I have personally been in love with for such a long time!
